Consider reducing fetch quest elements

ODS Kangaroo AdminWe wanted the camp content to be an opportunity to provide better immersion and context for Eden's journey through Artemesia. For example, sharing food with various people in the camp establishes what type of leader Eden is trying to be through the words of the fugitives and Robere.
Also, we tried to keep many of the "fetch quests" as optional, for Tacticians who prefer to jump right into action. If the Tactician wants to skip the optional quests and dialogues, it is possible to move fairly quickly through the camp content, especially with quick travel and dialogue skipping.
We will take this as a general reminder to think about the mix of required/optional camp activities, as well as the type of activities in camp, for our future projects.
