Ability to skip entire battle cutscene dialogues at once

We are aware of why Tacticians want this to be implemented, and we are also planning to work on this in the future. Since we are currently working on bigger content (such as New Game+ and cutscene improvements), we will backlog this and come back to it at a later date.

While things are subject to change, our current idea is to allow pressing Esc key to skip each in-battle event scene, similar to how the dialogue cutscenes are skipped.
