[Spoiler] Ch. 17 battle boss balance

When the behemoth changes stances, it seems super punishing to get a "counter close ranged" but then have 3 close range break points. On top of the fact that return damage being 100% is brutal, and I'm not even playing on hard. You can pepper it down with ranged, but you're throwing away spell casts due to it having study defence as well. Am I missing something when this happens or is it literally an RNG fight?

ElysiumerI do not understand how can I pass this battle. Even if I make 1/3 damage of total health to Behemoth - it heals 100 or 200hp.
Also playing on normal or easy, I don't remenber -

Randy Ngelale MergedCh17 his gained some notoriety among fans for a number of reasons:
2) the behemoth can reflect 100% physical damage under certain circumstances but the weak points can require physical hits in order to damage them and overcome the oppressive healing.
To kill a few birds with one stone, how about adding a prompt that says (spoiler) can be used infinitely for this battle only. And when you hit the behemoth with it, you can stun it and disable the damage reflection temporarily? -
