Bug: side quest objectives moving

Back in camp during "Dark Clouds (In progress)", all interactive objects move as I move, making it impossible to ever reach them. Here I have moved to one of the edges so you can clearly see that some of them have moved outside the camp. I can fast travel, and when I went to Balastar's tent a cut scene triggered, but then the camera was fixed in place and I could move Eden outside the visible area. Saving and reloading did not resolve the issue but restarting the game did.
