Default Ranged attacks to 3 spaces if possible
I've noticed when using sharpshooter, that the game will still default my character placement within 2 squares, despite the unit being able to hit from 3. This isn't because they were blocked by other units either.
Many people may want to play at a faster pace, and click the enemy to attack without considering whether the auto placement of the unit is as good as it could be. I noticed multiple times that my characters could hit from a safe distance and avoid counter attacks, but the auto placement when selecting the enemy didn't account for that, and moved them to attack within range of a counter attack.
A small, but tangibly useful tweak for those that like running more archers than frontliners
