Add more items to be found in battle

While we are happy to see that our Tacticians like how we implemented treasure chests on the battlefield, this would be a tricky one as we've also received feedback about them being a bit of a distraction in battle.

Another concern would be with adding more items--since the stats and combat are carefully balanced around the current set of gear, adding more would require revisiting and potentially overhauling the balance.
