Allow saving game at battle preparation screen

  As shared in the 11/9 patch notes (https://oceandrive.studio/2022/11/09/lost-eidolons-patch-notes-11-9-2022/), the next patch will bring the the option of going back to battle preparation phase upon restarting a battle. Our assessment is that the need for saving during preparation phase arises because there is currently no way to get back to battle preparation unless you have a save file in the previous camp (and still have to skip through cutscenes).
  
  In case our assessment may be misguided, we will re-assess the need for this suggestion specifically (saving during preparation) after we implement the restart improvements.

  Now that we implemented the battle restart options, we are changing this to "Need More Information" to gauge the interest in this, as we mentioned before.
