Slow down or click to close level up screen

I know there a suggestion to remove or add an option for the level up screen. My request is to slow down the level up screen so I have a chance to see all the information, or make the screen click to close so us slow readers can take their time to process all the information presented. I am okay with an option to toggle so both fast and slow readers can have whatever they prefer.

The level-up screen (where it shows the stat gains) is actually implemented as a click-to-close window. If this is a bug, we would like to get more information so that we can investigate.
